Family and Friends Community Connection - Event this weekend

This Saturday and Sunday, the Church at Rancho Bernardo is helping family friends and community connection package foods and medications to go to Tanzania, Haiti and throughout Africa. Take Steps for Crohn’s and Colitis

Crohn's Disease and Colitis are two chronic digestive disorders which can result in extreme pain, fatigue and other complications. On May 14th, San Diegans are getting together a NTC Park at Liberty Station, to walk, helping raise money to fight Crohn's Disease and Colitis. Not a morning person?
