Reading is Fundamental

Founded in 1966, Reading is Fundamental helps encourage children to read by working with children and their parents to read, especially in underserved communities. They believe that literacy is the key to helping children succeed. Reading is Fundamental (RIF) provides reading help in schools, community centers and homeless shelters across the United States, including locally in San Diego.
