Each year, approximately 250,000 children die in Ethiopia due to an illness caused by lack of clean water. Africa Water and Life is a group of churches and individuals in San Diego, which have come together to help the Arsi Oromo people in the south-east region of Ethiopia. Their initiatives include well-drilling, self-help groups, vocational training and providing the saving message of the good news of Jesus Christ.
