The Foundation for Women is a non-profit organization that seeks to help impoverished women locally and globally through microcredit loans that allow and encourage women to work. The Foundation for Women helps women by funding loans in Liberia, Africa and right here in San Diego! The Foundation for Women also has a monthly marketplace bazaar with delicious food like tamales, tacos and flan and special crafts, jewelry and clothing. All of the items are made by women who have benefited from microcredit loans!
