From 7:30 to 10:30 am, Embrace: Unity for Activity and Never Knew a Father's Love, a ministry of the Rock Church, are teaming up for Ex 4 Vets - "exercising to support our Veterans". On the USS Midway (910 North Harbor Drive, San Diego) there will be fitness training and fun plus after the event there will be food and an expo to enjoy.
