San Diego Center for the Blind and Vision Impaired increases the abilities of people with impaired vision or blindness, so that they can become as independent as possible. Located on El Cajon Blvd in San Diego and Bonair Rd in Vista, the center is looking for volunteers to read one-on-one with adult students and also for teacher's aides.
