The mission of Hearts and Hands Working Together is to provide food, clothing and shoes to at risk and underserved families and individuals in the San Ysidro Community. This organization believes that when people work together, they can accomplish much more than they could if they were to work alone. For that reason, Hearts and Hands Working Together provides monthly food distributions to those in need, emergency food distributions, new shoes, used clothing and weekly distribution of bread and other baked goods.
